Mark founded Finsquared in 2016 to develop a better way to conceive, implement, and measure public relations activities. He has 20+ years in all facets of financial PR, and leads all programming, reporting, and integration of services for Finsquared financial clients. Previously, he was Senior Vice President of the Financial Group at Edelman in New York. Mark has 20+ years’ experience creating and managing full-scale public relations programs for a wide variety of financial clients. He draws on his network of talent and financial services experience to fashion creative, effective public relations programs in the digital age. A former journalist, an early adopter of social media, and a strong proponent of content marketing for financial clients, Mark’s mission is to disrupt the traditional PR agency model and deliver PR services that have bottom line impact and long-lasting value.

Fran is a senior member of Finsquared. She manages PR account activities, new business approaches, and high level media relations from New York. Fran has 20+ years’ experience in strategic planning and managing public relations programs for a wide variety of financial services firms, and companies targeting a financial audience. She was on the marketing team at BlackRock, and held account positions at Fleishman Hillard, Edelman Financial Worldwide, Euro RSCG Magnet. In 2005 she founded Influence Consulting Group, a financial PR consultancy. Fran has developed and implemented public relations programs for institutional and retail funds, banks, wealth advisors, start-ups and public companies. Clients served include: Cetera, TD Ameritrade, Popular Community Bank, thinkorswim, Hanlon Investment Management, Cantor Fitzgerald. Fran holds a BA from Columbia. She is fluent in Spanish.
